I never received my verification code. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Together, and make sure you typed your address correctly. Codes expire after a short time — if yours has, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

My friends can't see my location. Together only shares your location while you have sharing turned on — and once it is on, sharing keeps working with the app in the background (Android shows a persistent notification while it does). Check that sharing is on, that the app has location permission in your device settings, and that your device's location service is enabled. If sharing stops when the app is in the background, make sure your phone's battery settings aren't restricting Together.

An invite code isn't working. Invite codes expire after 7 days. Ask the circle owner to generate a fresh code from the circle's page (tap the circle on the Circle tab, then New code). Joining may also require the owner's approval, so a pending request is normal.

How do I manage or cancel my Together Plus subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. To restore a purchase on a new device, use the restore option on the upgrade screen.

How do I report someone or block them? Long-press a message or open a member's profile in the app to report or block. Blocking hides their messages and location from you. To fully separate, leave the circle or (if you own it) remove the member.
