Delete your Together account

Together is a private location-sharing and chat app for small circles of friends. You can delete your account and its data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us.

Delete in the app (immediate)

Open Together and go to the Circle tab.
Tap the settings gear in the top-right corner.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email ming.life@foxmail.com from the email address your account is registered with, using the subject “Delete my Together account”. We verify that you control the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in email
Your profile (nickname and photo)
Your circle memberships — circles you own pass to their longest-standing member; circles with no one left are deleted
All chat messages you sent
All of your location data
Blocks and reports you filed
Your Together Plus subscription record, if you had one

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Residual copies in our encrypted service backups expire automatically within 30 days.

Have a Together Plus subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or the store will keep charging you.
