Together
Child safety standards
Together is a private location-sharing and chat app for small, invite-only circles of friends. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
We prohibit any use of Together for child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes creating, storing, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualizing, grooming, or soliciting minors; sextortion; child trafficking; and any other conduct that sexualizes or endangers a child. Violations lead to immediate account termination and, where required, reports to the appropriate authorities.
How Together limits exposure by design
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use Together, as set out in our terms of service.
- There is no public content, no public profiles, and no discovery of strangers — every circle is invite-only, capped at a small number of members, and joining can require the owner's approval.
- Location and messages are visible only inside a circle, never publicly.
In-app reporting and blocking
Every user can report a member or a specific message directly in the app (long-press a message, or open a member's profile), and can block other users, leave a circle, or — as a circle owner — remove a member. Reported messages are preserved for our review even if the sender later deletes them.
How we handle CSAM
When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE on Together — through an in-app report, an email, or any other channel — we act on it as a priority: we remove the material, terminate the offending account, preserve evidence, and report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate local authority. We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where Together is available and cooperate with law enforcement requests made through lawful process.
Child safety point of contact
Our designated child safety contact is ming.life@foxmail.com (subject line "Child safety"). Reports sent to this address are reviewed with priority over all other support requests. You do not need a Together account to contact us.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. You can also report to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
